Paperlink recognises our customers’ need for deliveries as soon as possible. Our Customer Service Charter aims to improve awareness of our service level commitment.

‹100km from dispatch warehouse (Local areas)


Orders received before to 13h00 Monday to Friday - delivery receipt next day.
Orders received after 13h00 - delivery receipt on the second day.
   
Orders received before to 13h00 on a Friday - delivery will take place on Monday.
Orders received after 13h00 on a Friday - delivery will take place on Tuesday.
   
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) - 40 boxes (½ Pallet).
  - Specialities deliveries will accompany Rotatrim orders.


›100km from dispatch warehouse (Outlying areas)


Orders received before 11h00 on Tuesday - delivery by Friday of the week.
Orders received after 11h00 on Tuesday - delivery carried over to the following week.
   
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) - 80 boxes (Pallet).
  - Minimum consolidated 7T load required before dispatch.
  - With public holidays, delivery will be verified upon order placement.
  - Specialities deliveries will accompany Rotatrim orders.
Off loading:

We understand the time it takes and the challenges with off-loading every delivery with the safety and care it deserves:


  • We ask for your support of our Freight Service Providers to ensure an efficient and timely off-load at all our delivery sites.
  • Paperlink aims to improve our service offering through your feedback. A completed Paperlink Delivery Satisfaction Slip for every delivery will help us to monitor our service levels.
  • Paperlink is not able to support desktop or box drop services.
  • Our Freight Service providers recognise the importance of safety at all our Customer sites.
Dispatch collections:
  1. When placing an order, please ensure that the name of the person and registration number of the vehicle are provided when collecting.
  2. Please include a form of identification (ID document or valid driving licence) when collecting an order.
  3. Please ensure that you have the sales order number with you.
